Low Impact Recumbent Stepper
SCIFIT StepOne is a low impact recumbent stepper providing smooth total body functional movement. The newest addition to the SCIFIT line of exercise equipment, StepOne has a fresh new look with a darker frame, lighter covers, and a smaller footprint. Arm length adjustments and rotating hand grips provide user comfort and custom fit. Step-One can be set to the user-defined stride length from 2" to 11.5" and optimized 1:1 arm-to-leg ratio to promote natural movement.
Features Customizable Programs & Tracking
Featuring Intelli-Fit Console, the recumbent stepper displays different customizable programs, tests, and training protocols. Users are able to view the effectiveness of their workouts and can record their results to track progress. This helps boost patient compliance enabling users to view their improvements over time. The full color touch screen with easy operation displays readouts beneficial to the user. The readouts include time, total steps, steps per minute, stride length, burned calories, ascent, MET’s, watts, and targeted heart rate.
Provides Direct Wheelchair Access
Users can adjust the forward/back and up/down motion with levers located on both sides of the seat. The premium seat reclines up to 23 degrees and 360 degrees swivel motion for easier positioning getting up and down. The stepper is also wheelchair accessible with the 18” wide seat being easy to remove and grab bars available for safer transfers.
