Note: This recall should be carried out between the customer and K.C. Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Summary of PDF Steps:

   1. DESTORY any identified affected inventory in a manner compliant with your local and state environmental regulations.
   2. RETURN the recalled product to KC Pharmaceuticals by following the instructions and returning to the address below.
3. COMPLETE the enclosed Recall Return Response Form detailing the number of returned or destroyed cases, the date of return/destruction and the method of return or destruction.
