Drop-Arm Mechanism Allows Safe Lateral Transfers

This bariatric commode features an easy-to-release arm mechanism for safe lateral patient transfers to and from the commode. It can be used at a patient's bedside as a toilet safety frame or raised toilet. The welded polyester-coated steel frame is sturdy and durable, supporting up to 700 lbs. Rubber ferrules at the bottom of each leg provide added stability and prevent movement on slippery surfaces.

Features Commode Bucket and Splash Guard

The drop-down arms are padded for extra comfort and provide a sturdy surface for support when lowering or rising from the seat. The commode has an 18" deep toilet seat and an extra-wide 25.2" width between the arms. It includes a large 12-quart commode bucket with a plastic cover and splash guard that can be easily removed. The pail slides in from the front of the commode.

Height Adjustable Legs Accommodate Most Users

With blow molded armrests, the bariatric commode adjusts in overall height from 26" to 31" and 16" to 23" from the floor to the seat. The adjustable height legs help individuals with limited range of motion use the toilet aid more safely and independently. The commode is quick to assemble and easy to clean and disinfect between uses.
