Relief from Common Causes of Foot Pain

Plantar Fasciitis

Inflammation in the plantar fascia, the thin layer of tissue that supports the arch of the foot, can cause pain in the heel and arch. Use the Foot Roller to stretch the fascia and relieve pain.

Metatarsal

Extensive running or jumping may cause the ball of your foot to become very painful and inflamed. The Foot Roller can he used to reduce the pain of metatarsalgia and get you back on your feet.

Common Stretches and Exercises

Toe Stretch
The toe stretch is great for plantar fascia or are feet in general.
•Step 1:
Place the Foot Roller on the ground, and put your big toe on the Foot Roller with the rest of your foot on the ground.
•Step 2:
Apply pressure through your foot and into the Foot Roller to stretch the bottom of your foot
•Step 3:
Hold the stretch for 3 sets of 15 seconds. Perform 3 times a day.
Plantar Massage (rolling massage)
The plantar massage or rolling massage is ideal for plantar fasciitis and arch pain.
•Step 1:
Place the Foot Roller on the ground and your foot on top.
•Step2:
Apply pressure through your foot and into the Foot Roller, and slowly roll the bar from the balls of your feet to the heel.
•Step 3:
Massage for 5 minutes. Repeat 3 times a day.
