The head bolster sizes are based on small, medium or large chair size. The support pads can slide from one end to the other so the max width would be the entire internal width of the bating chair and the minimum would be no gap in the middle of the two support. The strap is 6.5" long and the head pads are 6.25" high and 2" wide.
