Nautilus Medical Freedom Trainers are versatile trainers that feature arms that adjust in the horizontal and vertical planes which are counterbalanced for ease of adjustment. Exercises can be performed standing, seated or in a supine or prone position with the use of a ball, bench or chair. Single stack has 4:1 weight ratio with beginning weight of 3.25 lbs at each grip. Top eight 10 lb. top weight plates have equivalent 2.5 pound increment changes due to the 4:1 weight ratio. The remaining plates are 15 lb. each totaling 300 lbs for the entire stack. Dual stack version has 2:1 weight ratio which gives an incremental resistance of 5 lbs. at each grip.
Accessories include: Iliac crest belt, 42”- 3 pound bi-lateral bar, adjustable D handles, 4-point ankle harness. Maximum width with arms straight out - 142”, Maximum height with arms at max height position - 100”. Maximum depth with arms straight forward - 67”.
