The Ferno Universal Head Immobilizer Model 445 is designed to be used to hold the user’s head in place while providing protection. This product features hook & loop strapping that securely holds the user in place. This product may be used with X-rays, MRI or CT Scanners. The base plate of this product fits all standard wood and aluminum backboards. The head supports can be used on standard backboards or turned around for use on the Scoop stretcher.
