The Cramer Dual Density Foam Kit is designed for use as padding material and eliminates the need for using multiple sheets with different densities. The dual density material provides optimal support and protection for AC sprains, hip pointers, thigh bruises, shin injuries, and sports related injuries. The soft side helps diffuse pressure while the soft side absorbs impacts.
